Vanguard S&P 500 xStock (VOOx) is a tracker certificate issued as a freely transferable token on selected blockchains. VOOx tracks the price of Vanguard 500 Index Fund ETF Shares. VOOx is designed to give eligible investors regulatory-compliant access to the stock price of Vanguard 500 Index Fund ETF Shares, whilst maintaining the benefits of blockchain technology.
The Fund seeks to track the investment performance of the S&P 500 Index, a widely recognized benchmark of U.S. stock market performance that is dominated by the stocks of large U.S. companies.
